The Previous page showcases our Best Sellers, and we invite you to Visit the Store. Clear Creek Kidney Beans have a deep, nutty flavor and hold their shape well when cooked, making them a fantastic base for salads, soups, and casseroles. According to the USDA, a half cup of dry kidney beans is rich in protein, fiber, calcium, and iron, making them a HEALTHY PANTRY STAPLE.
We are excited to launch our new 4-pound linen drawstring bags for our Clear Creek products. Packaging may vary between our resealable kraft bags and these new linen drawstring bags as we work through the remaining stock of our kraft bags during this transition.
EASY TO COOK AND DELICIOUS: Our Clear Creek dry Kidney Beans require about 5-8 hours of soaking before cooking, and then they will cook in 40-60 minutes. Using a pressure cooker can shorten that cooking time and eliminate the soaking time.
PROUD TO BE: We are proud to be Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, and Non-Irradiated (an accepted practice that exposes your food to radiation for sterilization).
GROWN IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST: Clear Creek Light Red Kidney Beans are sourced from a neighboring Washington State farm, ensuring the flavors and quality of foods grown in the rich Pacific Northwest soil.
