With their deep, nutty flavor, Clear Creek Black Lentils are perfect for adding to soups, salads, casseroles, tacos, and more. Black Beluga Lentils have a deep, nutty flavor and hold their shape well when cooked. They are rich in nutrients with a half cup of uncooked lentils providing 26g of protein, 18g of fiber, plus calcium, iron, and potassium. Beluga lentils are also full of anthocyanin, an antioxidant often found in purple and blue foods.
We are excited to launch our new 4 pound linen drawstring bags! Packaging may vary between our resealable kraft bags and our linen drawstring bags. Please be patient with us as we work through the remaining stock of our resealable kraft bags during the launch of our new linen drawstring bags.
