Our Clear Creek Golden Lentils boast a delectable honey and citrus profile, with a versatile texture that holds its shape when cooked or can be pureed into a creamy blend. These nutritious legumes are an excellent source of B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc, providing a plant-based protein option.

To enjoy the goodness of Clear Creek Golden Lentils, simply rinse 1 cup of the dry lentils and add them to 3 cups of boiling water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until they reach your desired tenderness, then drain well.

For an even more nourishing experience, you can sprout the lentils. Rinse 1 cup of the dry lentils in cold water, drain three times, then transfer them to a 1-quart jar. Cover the lentils with cold water, secure a paper towel over the jar with a rubber band, and let sit for 12 hours. Drain the lentils, recover, and allow them to sit at room temperature, rinsing and draining 1-2 times daily until they have sprouted.
