As a family, we have loved providing you with foods grown on our farm through Palouse Brand. Over the years, you have asked us to expand our product line. Clear Creek, by Palouse Brand, is our answer.

Our family has partnered with neighbors to bring the highest quality foods. Clear Creek Foods are grown in some of the richest soils in the world. We are so happy to bring the colors and flavors of the Pacific Northwest to your table.

How To Cook Green Lentils: 1 Cup Dry Green Lentils 3 Cups Water Rinse the green lentils, add 3 cups water to a pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add lentils, then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain well.

How To Sprout Green Lentils: 1 Cup Dry Green Lentils Rinse lentils in cold water, then drain 3 times. Transfer drained lentils to a 1 qt. jar and cover lentils with cold water. Cover jar with a paper towel and secure with a rubber band and let sit 12 hours. Drain lentils and recover, letting sit at room temperature. Rinse and drain lentils 1-2 times daily until sprouted.
